Robert “Bob” A. VanDusen, 69 of Temperance, MI, died Saturday, November 28, 2015, at Vibrant Life Senior Living, Temperance, MI. Born October 23, 1946, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Claire and Harriet (Whitmore) VanDusen. A 1964 graduate of Bedford High School, he married Carol Whitmill on November 19, 1966. Bob was employed by Dundee Castings for 9 years, retiring in 2008. Prior, he worked for the former Cousino Metal Stamping in Toledo. He attended Bedford Alliance Church and enjoyed camping and fishing.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Carol; children, Dale VanDusen and Judy Long; Brother, William (Cindy) VanDusen; Sister, Dyann VanDusen; Grandchildren, Brady and Tori Long. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation will be from 2-7 pm, Wednesday, December 2, 2015, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will follow at 7:00 pm.
