Penny M. Peters, 51 of Temperance, MI, died suddenly, Tuesday, December 6, 2016, in The Toledo Hospital. Born January 18, 1965, in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Charles and Sharon (Keeler) Peters. She graduated as valedictorian from Bedford High School in 1983, then graduated in 1987 with a Bachelors of Accounting degree with honors from the University of Toledo. She was employed as a revenue agent for the I.R.S. in Toledo, for the past 28 years. Penny was an avid scrap booker, a big anything Disney fan, and loved to read.
She is survived by her loving mother, Sharon Peters; sisters, Cheryl (Scott) Geordt and Cherise (Anthony Todd) Hall; special nephews and niece, Bradley and Trenton Geordt, Mickey, Dominic and Timothy Hall and Brianna Hall. She was preceded in death by her father and nephew, Gabriel Hall.
Visitation will be from 2-8 pm, Saturday, December 10, 2016, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where a time of sharing will follow at 7:00 pm. www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
