Owen B. Marshall, Jr., 83 of Temperance, MI, died Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Aspen Grove Assisted Living. Born October 30, 1932, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Owen and Thelma Marshall, Sr. A US Navy veteran of the Korean War, he married Janet Frey on June 15, 1951. Owen was employed by First Energy (Toledo Edison) as a welder and supervisor for 38 years, retiring in 1990. He attended Compelled Church and was a BMW Motorcycle Enthusiast.
He is survived by his loving wife, Janet; sons, Steven (Robin) Marshall, Chris Marshall and Bryan (Candace) Marshall; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Geneva Lybarger.
Visitation will be from 3-8 pm, Tuesday, July 19, 2016, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 20, 2016. Entombment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
