Mildred Ledford Eady, 104, of Temperance, MI, died Saturday, October 8, 2016, at Wellspring Lutheran Home. Born August 29, 1912, in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of Joseph and Gretchen (Pierce) Ball. She was the widow of Burl Eady and was employed as a seamstress for Edgewater Dry Cleaners and other dry cleaners for 50 years.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Beatrice Lazette and Kathryn Holt; 13 grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by her daughters, Noreen Keil; son, James W. Ledford; brothers, Bud and Ralph Ball and sister, Ganie Bass.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, Saturday, October 15, 2016, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park.
