Martha Ann Adams, 84 of Perrysburg, OH, formerly of San Diego, CA, passed away, Friday, August 15, 2014 in Flower Hospital, Sylvania, OH. Born April 9, 1930 in Crawford, Kansas, she was the daughter of Lee and Mima J. (Wright) Smallwood. Martha was a RN for 49 years, retiring in 2000. Music was a passion for her as she served as band nurse for the Falls Church High School Marching Band for nine years. She then sang in the Chancel Choir for 20 years at the First United Methodist Church in San Diego, CA. Martha was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Martha is survived by her loving children; Christopher J. (Tracia) Adams, James Lee (Cara) Adams, Patricia (Brian) Jones and Leslie (Ford) Crane. 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at First United Methodist Church, San Diego, in Missions Valley on September 13, 2014, at 4:00 pm.
