Marilyn J. Swisher, 68 of Temperance, MI, died Tuesday, March 24, 2015 in Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center. Born February 6, 1947, in Toledo, OH, she was the daughter of Donald and Isabel (Kuehnle) Schroeder. A 1965 graduate of Bedford High School, she married Timothy A. Swisher on December 17, 1984. Marilyn was employed as a bookkeeper for Cherry Dale Farms for several years. She enjoyed her horses, cats and bird watching.
She is survived by her loving husband of 30 years, Timothy. Children, Michael Denison and Elizabeth Swisher. Brother, Fred Schroeder. Grandchildren, Brayden, Tyler and Matthew. She was preceded in death by her parents and 1 sister.
Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Friday, March 27, 2015, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be Saturday, March 28, 2015, at 11:00 am. Reverend John Nealy, officiating. Interment will follow at Toledo Memorial Park, Sylvania, OH.
