Leigh Ann (Charpie) Henn, 37 of Erie, MI, died Sunday, October 4, 2015 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, Toledo, OH.  Born April 26, 1978, in Sylvania, OH, she was the daughter of Mark and Debra (Holly) Charpie.  She was a 1996 graduate of Bedford High School and then received her bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from Eastern Michigan University in 2001.  Leigh Ann was an occupational therapist for a number of rehabilitation facilities, specializing in wound care and seating/mobility. For the last 2 years, she was care giver for her grandmother, Annie Charpie.  She was also a member of Lambertville United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her loving fiancé, Chad Ruch; daughter, Madison; parents, Mark and Debra Charpie; brothers, Scott (Bethany) Charpie, Chad (Kelly) Charpie and nephews, Andrew, Jack, Quinn and Grandparents, Byron and Beth Holly.

Visitation will be from 4-8 pm Thursday, October 8, 2015, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, October 9, 2015 with Reverend Thomas Zimmerman, officiating. Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
