Sarah and Laura, You have my deepest sympathies in the loss of your brother Joe. I never met him, but knowing he was your brother and the fine description in the obituary, exhibits how proud you all were with his life.

My condolences to the family in this difficult moments. Please remember that God can comfort us. So draw close to God in prayer so He can draw close to you to comfort you and to give you that peace of God that surpasses all understanding (James 4:8; Philippians 4:6;7).

Our thoughts and prayers are with the whole family. It is quite a loss for one so young at that age to move on to be with his Savior in heaven. May God give you all comfort. I often think of the day my aged father fell on our steps, and Joe scurried over to pick him up and bring him in the house for me. I appreciated the generous act of kindness on his part.

My deepest condolences to the family of Joe and to Lisa his wife. I regret that I didn't have the opportunity to meet Joe however I feel like I know him by and through all of you who loved him. May he now rest in peace with our Lord Savior, and be free to live eternal life dancing in the streets of Gold. I will continue to lift Joe's family and Lisa up in prayer in the days ahead. Joe will be missed by his work family so much, I never had the pleasure to meet him face to face, but felt we had a kinship with each other. He was always there to laugh and cutup with, even in the most difficult loan situations. I will treasure the friendship we had and will miss getting to chat with him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family and the ACMC Team that knew him best. Godspeed Joe, may God comfort you now, until we meet again.

"Joey" will always be one of my all-time favorite students. He was such a precious little boy, full of kindness and mischief, and I loved being his teacher. He made me smile everyday! My heart just aches for his wonderful family, but I know he is well again, happy in the presence of our Lord, and determined to watch over all of you till you meet again. We are all more joyful people , having known this gentle soul. A big hug for my precious VanderVlucht family!
