Jean C. Allman, 97, of Lambertville, MI and formerly of South Toledo, died Sunday, December 11, 2016, at Aspen Grove Assisted Living. Born, September 8, 1919, in Lorain, OH, she was the daughter of Charles and Lulu (Kamke) Lewis. She was a 1937 graduate of Scott High School, then received her bachelor’s of science from University of Toledo in 1942. Jean married Orin H. Allman on October 6, 1942. He preceded her in death on September 26, 2003. She retired from The Toledo Hospital as House Infection Officer after 20 years of service.
She is survived by her loving son, Chris (Susan) Allman. She was preceded in death by her sister, Margaret Dehnel.
