David “Dave” L. Case, 71, of  Temperance, MI, died Saturday, December 12, 2015, at Flower Hospital.  Born May 29, 1944, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Waine and Yvonne (Swartz) Tillman.  He married Denise Swierczek on March 28, 1981.  Dave was employed as a machine operator for over 30 years for the Spicer Division of the Dana Corporation, retiring in 1994. He then was a car salesman for various dealerships in the Toledo area. Dave loved fishing, cruising with the top down in his Corvette, camping, boating and MIS NASCAR races. He was a member of the F.O.E., 2562 in Maumee, OH, Spicer Quarter Century Club and the U.A.W., Local 12.

Dave is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Denise; children, David (Tammy) Case, Jr., Carol (Randy) Perry and Douglas (Ashley Toska) Case; brother, Robert (Teri) Tillman; sister, Sharon (Nick) Reinhart; grandchildren; Anthony (Kari) Case, Randall, Tyler and Dylan Perry, Hannah and Allen Richards, Emma Case; and great grandson, Cooper Case.  He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Waine (Corky) Tillman.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm, Thursday, December 17, 2015, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Services will be private.  www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
