Carol A. Dantzer, 75, of Toledo, OH, died Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Regency Hospital, Sylvania, OH. Born July 27, 1941, in Monroe, MI, she was the daughter of Melvin J. and Dorothy B. (Lajiness) Pete. Carol worked for several years for Reckitt – Benckiser Corporation, retiring in 1997. She attended Monroe Missionary Baptist Church and enjoyed going to the casinos, dancing, socializing, but most of all spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends.
Carol is survived by her loving children, Pamela (Mike) Cousino, Buddy (Jane) Blanke, Chris Blanke and John Blanke; brother, Mick Moore; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Richard Pete and step-mother, Nancy Pete.
Visitation will be from 3-6 pm, Friday, June 9, 2017, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where a memorial service will follow at 6:00 pm.
