Cameron L. Bridgman, 88 of Temperance, MI, died Saturday, December 21, 2013. Born November 19, 1925, in Toledo, OH, he was the son of Cameron and Jeanette (DeVries) Bridgman. A US Navy veteran of WWII, he married Dorothy M. Spotts on November 28, 1953.  Cam was employed as a pipefitter for 30 years for GM Powertrain, retiring in 1994.  Cam was a member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church in Temperance and the U.A.W., Local 14 in Toledo.   He enjoyed hunting, fishing, but most of all his family.

Cam is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy. Daughter, Shari (Frank) Breyfogle of Sylvania, OH.  Brother, Richard Bridgman of Perrysburg, OH.  Sister, Jeanette Sahr of Florida.  3 grandchildren, Kristen (Matias) Ladino, Kurt (Sarahanne) Breyfogle and Kallie Breyfogle.  He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Jennie Knudson.

Visitation will be from 2-8 pm Thursday, December 26, 2013, at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI, where a scripture service will be held Thursday at 7:00 pm.   Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 am, Friday, December 27, 2013, at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Catholic Church, 8330 Lewis Avenue, Temperance, MI, where he will lie in state after 10:00 am. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.  www.pawlakfuneralhome.com
