I felt like since I met Blain at 19 he and I were brothers. I have been so blessed to have met him and was given the gift to share 41 years of my life with him. We worked, bowled, grew into men, played cards and shared so many great times its unbelievable. I even got to be his best man for he and Julies wedding. I can honestly say I’ve never seen him raise his voice, or ever a cross word. This was the nicest guy I’ve ever met and I got to call him my best friend. I’m only saddest though that the world didn’t get to share him longer on this earth. I’m thankful your family was all together for your last moments here with us. I know your pain is over and we will all miss you. I love you and let all know in heaven your ready for a good card game.

To: "My Buddy " I miss you already....Thank you for always being there for me, you're the " best big brother " I could have ever hoped for. You've always been such a "Rock" in my life, and will continue to be forever. I love you and miss you already Blain, yet I'm so thankful you don't have to suffer anymore. You have left such a positive imprint on my life, and I love you and thank you dearly. Your Little Sister, Brenda (Stobinski)Berns
