Ardith C. Frobel, 93 of Lambertville, MI, died Friday, March 28, 2014 in Flower Hospital.  Born August 30, 1920 in McClearly, Washington, she was the daughter of Charles and Elma (Thureen) Dahlman.  The widow of Richard Frobel, she was employed as a RN for Flower Hospital in Sylvania, OH for 25 years, retiring in 1985. Prior, she worked for Kaiser Permanente Health System in Oakland, California.  She was a member of Lambertville United Methodist Church.  She was a wife, mother and grandmother, who loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her children, David C. (Janet) Frobel of Reading, MI, Barbara Frobel of Lambertville, MI, Deborah (Michael ) Bush of Tucson, Arizona, and Glenn (Margaret) Frobel of Reading, MI.  Grandchildren, Steven (Jacquelyn) Hutchinson, Dianna (Eugene) Cooper, Angela Frobel, Jennifer (Kiah) Ford, Amanda (Matthew) Schaaf and 15 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3-8 pm Friday, April 4, 2014 at the Michael W. Pawlak Funeral Home, 1640 Smith Rd. (at Jackman) Temperance, MI. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am, Saturday, April 5, 2014 at Lambertville United Methodist Church (corner of Dean and Douglas Rds.) Lambertville, MI, where she will lie in state after 10:00 am.  Interment will follow at Whiteford Union Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the V.F.W.
